"Hearing her name these things accurately, from observation alone, moved me from skeptical to amazed in a single moment."

Today modern science is naming what these sciences mapped long ago. Studies in chronobiology have confirmed that not just what but when you eat and sleep, changes your very biology. The gut-brain axis shows that digestion and cognition are inseparable. Epigenetics has demonstrated that daily habits leave marks on gene expression. Neuroscience has now spent decades documenting what yogic practitioners always knew — that breath and movement practices regulate the nervous system in ways that reach well beyond the hour of practice.
Ayurveda and yoga were developed together — inseparable in their original form, almost universally separated in the modern wellness world. The ayurvedic assessment reveals your unique constitution. Classical yoga gives you precise, portable daily practices calibrated to it. Together they give you something most wellness approaches never reach — a complete picture of how your system works, and the means to shift it.

I'm an entrepreneur and an involved parent — my life is full and the pressure to perform is real. My priority has always been to stay centred and present, but since the birth of my daughter and the launch of my company, I'd been accumulating a level of fatigue and stress I could feel beginning to affect my health.
What surprised me most was the speed. Within two days of following Tulsi's recommendations, I had noticeably more energy, clearer focus, easier digestion. My skin tone was changing. I felt more hydrated, more nourished — and I hadn't expected results that quickly.
The second surprise was how simple it was. I'd always imagined ayurveda as long, complex protocols with dozens of herbs and rituals I simply don't have time for. What Tulsi recommended was precise, practical, and fit into my day without adding to it. The food was genuinely delicious — and still produced real results.
I've had skin sensitivities my whole life. Within a month of following her guidance, 70–80% of the irritation I'd lived with regularly was gone. That alone was remarkable.
But what I'll remember most is how supported I felt throughout. Tulsi understood not just my health history, but my schedule, my constraints, my life. She built her recommendations around the pockets of time I actually have — not an idealised version of my day. This single session saved me years of experimenting and searching. She pointed me directly to what my individual system needs. I came away healthier and with a map I'll use for the rest of my life.

Full constitutional assessment, curated classical yoga and breathwork practices, complete written protocol — all from the comfort of your own home.
Primarily based in Asheville, NC and available in other locations during travel. In-person assessments include pulse diagnosis and a broader range of classical yoga practices.
Years before she studied this formally, Tulsi lived it.
A traumatic spine injury left her with the same verdict from every medical professional she consulted: surgery, and a permanent change to how she would move through the world. She chose ayurveda and yoga as a complete system for understanding what her body actually needed. She healed fully — no surgery, no permanent limitation.
Everything she teaches is built on what she learned in that recovery. The Harvard credential and the training hours came after and deepened it, but 27 years of knowing in her own body that this works is a different kind of authority.
She holds a Master's from Harvard and spent years helping establish a research center on yoga and meditation at Harvard Medical School. She has trained 850+ hours under Dr. Vasant Lad — one of the world's foremost ayurvedic physicians — and 3,000+ hours with Sadhguru. She has worked with chronic ailment patients, high-stakes medical professionals, and leaders and founders at Harvard, Google, Tesla, and Amazon.
She teaches what transformed her life. That embodied depth is present in every session.
The changes themselves are specific and practical — a different way of eating, a morning practice, a shift in timing or routine. What surprises most clients is how quickly the body responds when the approach is actually matched to how it works.

For years I'd struggled with chronic bloating and never been able to solve it. What struck me most about my session with Tulsi was that just by looking at my face and hands, she identified physical issues I'd had for a long time — and then went even deeper, connecting my symptoms to layers of my mental and emotional experience, and even underlying desires I hadn't fully named myself. I felt truly seen.
Since our consultation, the bloating is gone. But more than that, I feel more energised and vibrant, and I move through my day with a new sense of intention. Tulsi's passion for this work is contagious — I've started learning more and more on my own, because now I actually understand my body and what it needs.
What she does goes beyond study and science. She has a genuine gift for healing.

My consultation was so comprehensive and in-depth. Tulsi brings such a deep level of appreciation and reverence for the complexity of the human system. Before the session, I had some areas of my life in balance, but I felt out of sync in others. I often felt tired, and I was looking for tools that could help me feel more aligned and energised.
It was fascinating to see how personalised this work can be. Tulsi tailored everything to fit my life as a student, parent, and healthcare provider. Since then, I have found myself being more intentional about my self-care and keeping a steady rhythm in my day-to-day life — a gentle reminder to create space for myself in a way that feels kind and sustainable.
Over the months we worked together, Tulsi provided support at every level. She helped me find high-quality ayurvedic products to support my health, checked in periodically on my progress, and never once made me feel intimidated — only encouraged to keep implementing. It feels great to have those small wins, and to see the shift that small but important changes can make every day.
These ancient sciences provide tools that are both timeless and actionable. Tulsi is a great guide and facilitator for anyone looking to refine their health and well-being.

None at all. Most clients arrive with no prior knowledge. If you already have a yoga or meditation practice, the assessment helps you understand it more deeply and get more from it.
Virtual sessions cover the full assessment and protocol, with curated classical yoga practices. In-person adds pulse diagnosis and access to a wider range of practices, including more advanced work. If you're outside Asheville, ask about Tulsi's travel schedule in your Clarity Call.
Most clients notice something within the first two weeks — better digestion, more stable energy, improved sleep. The deeper constitutional changes take the full three months.
Yes. This work sits alongside medical care. Tulsi never advises changing any prescribed treatment.
Many clients come wanting to optimize rather than fix something. Understanding your constitution and building practices around it is as useful for performance as it is for recovery.

I'll admit I was skeptical about one thing in particular — how so much could be known about a person's health just from reading the face, tongue, and pulse. And especially the question of what we are born with versus what develops over time. That seemed like a stretch to me.
What changed everything was when Tulsi identified specific health conditions I had experienced — things she could not possibly have known. I had not even yet discussed my medical history with her. Hearing her name these things accurately, from observation alone, moved me from skeptical to amazed in a single moment.
What stayed with me beyond that was how practical and gentle her recommendations were. Simple steps, easy to integrate, and the effects noticeable quickly — pretty much seeing shifts the very day I started!
Ayurveda and yoga are ancient sciences practiced for millennia — but what Tulsi brings to them is something personal. For anyone sitting on the fence, I would say: give it a try. You simply cannot know how it works until you experience it. The right remedies, used in the right way, make all the difference.
